well i haven't blogged in a long time. and this is a short one, but i intend to blog more often now that i've finished the rough draft of my sip.
i went to the texas-xavier game on friday night, and we (texas) lost. i am broken hearted. i stayed for the duke-illinois game afterward, and it was pretty boring. i didn't really care who won since i tend to root for the underdog (illinois) and i have some money on duke winning it all. but when rooting for illinois i found it quite hard to say "go fighting illini" every time so i gave up and rooted for duke.

Posted by: JosiahQ at March 28, 2004 10:20 PMit was quite simple really. there were tickets available at the door for upper level seats as late as 5:30 on the day of the game, but i never bought them at the door cuz i met a scalper who sold me a bottom level seat for face value, which was just five dollars moe than the upper level seats. the ticket was good for both games so i stayed for both. the cool part was sneaking into the ut section instead of having to sit with the illinois or xavier fans. after i sat down, i saw some people who are at my high school now and i sat with them, which just happened to be two rows behind pat riley, who was scouting the texas game. i got his autograph.
