that title is the slogan for the government's new anti-pot campaign directed at teens. a government funded study found that apparently marijuana use among teens increases when summer comes. and not only does marijuana use increase, alcohol consumption does as well. your tax dollars at work, eh? as eminem would say "i didn't have to graduate from lincoln high school to know that."
