I proclaim that this is the second annual Neil Young week. I began this tradition last year during the spring semester some time. I resumed it today. Hopefully, for an event to be annual, it doesn't necessarily have to happen at the same time it did the previous year. All you have to do to participate is listen to all of your Neil Young albums this weekeend. If you don't have any, go and get Harvest and Everybody Knows this is Nowhere immediately! You'll be a better person for it.
